Lapang started with a simple observation. The most capable people I knew were not short on talent or effort. They were short on hours, drowning in work that a well-built system could carry for them.

I build software, run a practice, and ship products. The through-line in all of it is the same: find the leak, design the system that closes it, and let the system do the work from then on. Lapang is that method, made available to you.
