The 50-Minute Reset: Two Systems, Switched On Live.

Terms of Service for "The 50-Minute Reset"

By paying the RM 500 deposit, you agree to the following terms:

1. 1. Objective definition of "success". The goal of the 50-Minute Reset is to fit and switch on two (2) functional software systems, automations, or processes designed to address your stated productivity challenges. "Successful Completion" of the session is defined as the functional delivery of these two systems.
2. 2. Acceptance of service. At the conclusion of the session, you will be asked to confirm, verbally or by email, that the two systems are functional. This confirmation constitutes "Successful Completion" and your acceptance of the service delivered. Upon this confirmation, the balance payment of RM 3,000 becomes due.
3. 3. Good faith & cooperation. You agree to participate in good faith, providing the information, account access, and cooperation required to build the systems. If the session cannot be completed due to a lack of cooperation on your part, the full session fee may be considered due.
4. 4. Payment & consequence of non-payment. Invoices for the balance are due within seven days of a successful session. Failure to remit payment will be considered a breach of this agreement. In such an event, all licenses, templates, and rights to use the systems built during the session are revoked until the balance is paid.
