Level 3 — The core offer
The Lapang System: build it yourself.
The same method I use in the Reset, packaged so you can work through it at your own pace. The full playbook, every workbook, templates, and build guides. You close the leaks once; the work carries itself after.
Working with me one to one is RM 3,500, and I only take a few each month. The System is the same four leaks, to close yourself at your own pace, for RM 1,950.

What you walk away with.
- A map of every time leak in your week, named and costed
- Your own library of systems that run the repetitive work for you
- Design a system once, and benefit from it every week after
- Four working systems you build as you go, on your real work
- A repeatable method to turn any new leak into a closed one
Who it's for
Built for people whose time is the bottleneck.
- Founders and operators wearing too many hats
- Senior professionals whose calendar runs them
- Anyone capable who is simply out of hours, not out of effort
Not for people looking for one more productivity app. This is about systems, not hacks.
The four modules
Four leaks everyone has. One fix each.
Module 1
Stop writing the same email twice
The replies, messages and WhatsApps you send over and over, drafted before you open them. You approve; you don't author. The start of your day stops belonging to your inbox.
Module 2
Never hunt for a file again
The document you keep rebuilding from memory, written once and reused. One place everything lives, that stays current without you tending it. The end of 'where did I save that.'
Module 3
Get the week out of your head
Stop carrying every open loop in your mind. Your week assembles itself from what you actually committed to, so nothing slips at 11pm because you forgot it existed.
Module 4
One thing in, ten things out
Say it once, use it everywhere; the note becomes the post becomes the update. Then your systems start handing work to each other while you sleep.
What you get
Everything you need to build it, and keep it.
- The full Lapang System Playbook (PDF)
- A workbook for every module, with the exercises
- Copy-and-keep templates for every system you build
- Step-by-step build guides for the more advanced systems
- Work at your own pace, on your own week, with no schedule to keep
- Lifetime access to all materials and every future update
The materials
You keep all of it. Built, not promised.
Every module ships with the finished article: the playbook, the workbooks, and the build guides. Not slides about systems; the systems themselves, ready to fit to your own week.

The Lapang System Playbook
The complete method, start to finish. The one reference you keep.

A workbook for every module
The exercises that turn the method into your own working systems.

Copy-and-keep build guides
Step by step, for the systems worth building once and keeping for good.
Why it works
A hack saves you ten minutes once. A system saves them every week.
That is the whole idea behind the Lapang System. You do the work to design a system once, then it pays you back every week for as long as you keep it. Effort runs out; a system doesn't.
FAQ
Before you start.
Is it live or self-paced?
Self-paced. You get the playbook, every workbook, each template, and the build guides, and you work through them on your own time. No schedule to keep, nothing to miss.
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email and a browser, you can build everything in this course. We start from first principles and build up.
What tools will I need?
Only the tools you already use, plus a couple of free accounts. Nothing you have to buy.
How long does it take?
Most people work through a module a week and have their first systems running within days. There is no clock; you keep access for life and can move at whatever pace fits your week.
What if I want it done with me instead?
That is the Session. I fit two systems to your week and switch them on live, one to one, and watch the week after. The course is the same method, yours to build at your own pace.
Is there a guarantee?
Build the systems and if you can't point to hours returned, write to me within thirty days and I'll make it right.
